In 2023, co-founded daVinci Community Development, L3C, as a worker cooperative, facilitating an increased adoption rate in Accessible Housing and Commercial Buildings incorporating Net Zero Construction, NZ Energy, NZ Water, and NZ Food. Guided by visions of a thriving and resilient society from Buckminster Fuller, Jeremy Rifkin, and Senator Charles Schumer.

In 2021, co-authored a book chapter, " The Emergence of a New Paradigm."

In 2018, designed and launched Planetary CARE, L3C, a novel enterprise to scale regenerative agriculture globally. Integrating universal values, an audacious mission, and proven innovative human and digital technology, measurably impacting all 17 of the SDGs. Current focus includes Grant Agency FundingRegeneration.Earth and Renewable Energy design services for farmland and ranches.

In 1982, with an NASD Series 7 license, became the top Account Executive for a national securities company, with sales 300% more than the second most successful Account Executive. Upon becoming an equity owner and branch manager, broke the record for the most rapid branch to profitability.

In 1991, founded and built the largest USA media placement company in its category, placing ads in over 10,000 newspapers throughout the USA and Canada. Was a writer, speaker, trainer, and consultant in marketing system development and execution. Achieved a seven-figure exit in 1999.

After selling the media placement company, obtained funding and ran a two-year double-blind placebo-controlled study with children on the autism spectrum, approved by a seventeen-person Institutional Review Board. Results: 11% lost diagnosis, 82% showed measurable benefits.

In 2001, co-founded and developed a remote energy-based counseling practice, growing from start-up to clients in 60 countries, delivering services via telephone or email.
